To link students to each other and create a family within your system, start by going to the student you would like to be the “parent”. The parent can hold a single contract for the entire family, or you can simply use this feature for tracking purposes.
Once you have the “parent” student pulled up, you see “Add account to this address” under their General>Info tab. Click on “Add account to this address”.
You can then either choose from current students by searching, or click “add new”.
For this example we are choosing a current student. You will then see a prompt asking if you’d like to add this student for billing purposes as well.
Once complete you will see on both the students’ Info tab and the Billing>Contracts tab these students are now linked.
