Adding a Punch Pass From Student Record

Please note: to charge a student for a Punch Pass, you still need to issue a Punch Pass through Sales Dashboard.  Issuing Punch Passes through a Student Record will not charge your Student for it.  Use this feature for gifts, rewards, etc.
