How do I add students to Programs?

Once you have student and programs entered into your database you may be wondering how to add your students to those programs. Follow the steps below and after a few short clicks your students will be entered in their programs.

First you’ll want to start at your Dashboard and choose the Students option:

 

This will take you to your Students Listing where you can search for a student in question:

Click on your student to open up their Students Entry page:

Choosing the Programs option in the top right corner will take you to a tab where you see the available programs to add your student to. Click the checkbox(s) of the program(s) you want to add your student to. Once you are done you can close the Students Entry tab in your browser to close it. Now your student is added to their appropriate programs and ready to Trac!
