When students are logging in for a class they may encounter an alert similar to this:
An alert like this is referencing an outstanding Billing Issue for the student that hasn’t been cleared. So how do we clear these Billing Issues?
First let’s start on the Dashboard and click the Billing & Sales option. Then choose Billing Dashboard.
This will take you to the Billing Dashboard where you will see all sorts of information regarding billing. There will be a “Billing Issues” section that will list all billing issues that haven’t been cleared yet. If you click the dark grey square on the right side of the issue it will clear it:
After clearing the Billing Issues those alerts will no longer appear for your students upon login.
