First, open up the preferences window by clicking Other, Other Options, then preferences.
Then in the preferences window, click the ‘Waiver Setup’ tab. Here you can enter the details to be displayed on the waiver, like company information (location, address, etc), the release form liability, and the message that gets sent with the electronic PDF copy via email. You can also edit other preferences here like allowing uploaded photos with the waiver and choosing the number of emergency contacts on the waiver.
Once you’re satisfied with the waiver preferences, click the save button at the bottom of the waiver setup tab.
