How to create an Incident Report

While safety is always top priority in training accidents can still occur. When that happens it can be important to document such accidents and potentially followup. Fortunately that functionality is at your fingertips in your cloud system. To create an incident report let’s start at the Dashboard. Down the page you should see an Incident Reports section.

Clicking the REPORT AN INCIDENT button will bring up a report form to fill out.

Note that you can report on what happened, who it happened to, and who to follow up with. This will help ensure that the parents/guardians of your student followed up with and can help with retention. Once you have saved your incident report it will appear the next time you load your Dashboard.

Incident Reports can be filled out by your staff to help keep you in the know about any accidents that happen. Using this you will be able to follow up with guardians and possibly modify training for individuals if necessary.
