Should you need to prorate your Student’s first month, there is a Prorated Fee option in the Contract creation.
Set your Contract Start date to the month after you need to run the Prorated Fee.
Manually configure prorated amount and enter in Prorated Fee box. Be sure to put in the First Bill Date, which represents their First Month’s billing. Both the Registration Fee and the Prorated Fee will run on that date.
In contract example above: $120 will be billed on 8/8; $150 billed on 9/15, 10/15, etc.
