First Development Update

Hello and welcome to our Dev Blog!

This is the first of our regular blog posts, where we are able to break down some of the latest features and additions. This will be a place we can communicate about the more technical side of things, and a you will gain a better sense of what goes on “behind the scenes.”

First topic: The new help site! Congratulations on finding it and don’t forget to come back.  Click the links above to access the Dev Blog, Knowledge Base, and Ticketing system.

Knowledge Base

We are going to be adding more knowledge base articles over the next few weeks, and frequently asked questions will also be added as articles. This is a great resource for you and your admins. If there’s something you need more info on but can’t find an article for, let us know by sending an email to help@mybjj.cloud!

Helpdesk Ticketing

In order to streamline our support system, we’ve implemented a new help-desk ticketing system, right here on this site. To submit a question, head over to the knowledge base, or just send us an email to help@mybjj.cloud. One of our support team (more on that later) will respond as soon as possible. You can even upload files and attachments! When you submit to the help-desk, we are alerted to your request and will get to it ASAP.

PLEASE NOTE:  The best way to GET the help you need is to submit to the help-desk ticketing system.  Emailing our developers or technical support personnel directly is the best way to NOT get a response as it can take all day for them get to through their emails.

Support Staff

Most of you have interacted with me (Nicolas) or Kelly as we get your systems up and running. That won’t change but GREAT NEWS! You will also be served by Keegan Johnson. He has worked for Redrock Software for many years and is also a martial artist which makes him aware of your unique needs. He’s already written some great knowledge base articles – check them out!

Moving Forward

Next week we will be posting an update with some of the latest features and changes we have implemented into the software, as well as a development roadmap. Stay tuned!  Thank you for your continued support of MyBJJ and MyDOJO software.  We are so glad you have chosen our team to help you run your school!
